2-Hour Party – $250
Includes up to 12 child guests

(Adults are NOT included in guest count)

**50% deposit is required at time of booking to secure your party date.

Winter Birthday Parties at Lucky Break Ranch

For safety reasons, pony rides are not offered during the winter months and are replaced with a fun wagon ride instead.

All other birthday party activities remain the same, including hands-on animal interactions, games, and time for cake and presents—ensuring a safe, stress-free, and unforgettable winter celebration.

Off-Site Birthday Parties Available

Want us to bring the party to you? We offer off-site parties for an additional mileage fee.

Birthday Party FAQ

How long is the birthday party?

Our standard party is 2 hours, which gives plenty of time for rides, games, food, and celebrating.

Additional time can be added for $100 per hour.

How many guests are included?

The base package includes up to 12 child guests.

Adults are not included in the guest count.

Additional child guests may be added for $10 per guest.

Do we get pony rides or a wagon ride?

You choose one ride experience for your party.

This choice is included with every on-site party.

Off site parties we can only offer pony rides.

Once the snow falls in winter we can only do wagon rides for safety purposes.

Can we add more horses for pony rides?

Yes! Additional horses can be added for pony rides at $100 per hour, which helps reduce wait times for larger groups.

What kind of games are included?

We offer carnival-style games such as ring toss, knock the can etc.— fun, active, and perfect for kids of all ages.

Do you provide food or cake?

You are welcome to bring your own food, snacks, and cake.

We can provide lunch and/or cake for an additional charge.

Is there a BBQ available?

Yes! We have a BBQ available to rent on-site for $20.

Do you offer off-site birthday parties?

Yes, we can travel to off-site locations for an additional fee.

Please note for off-site parties:

Can adults attend the party?

Absolutely! Adults are welcome to attend and are not counted in the guest total.

Is this only for kids’ parties?

No! We also offer adult birthday parties and group celebrations.

What is required to book?

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date.

Remaining balance is due before or on the day of the event.

How far in advance should we book?

Weekends and popular dates book quickly. We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date and time.

Is Lucky Break Ranch safe for kids?

Yes! Safety is our top priority. All activities are supervised by experienced staff, and horses are carefully selected for calm, kid-friendly interactions.

What Should Guests Wear for Winter Parties?

Guests should dress warmly for outdoor winter conditions, including winter coats, gloves, hats, and snow-appropriate boots.

We do have a heated classroom for food, cake, gifts and warming up, as well as a fire pit outdoors so everyone can stay cozy and comfortable while enjoying the ranch experience.
