Our horses will help you every step of the way, as they hear and feel everything that’s within you and they will assist you in the movement that needs to happen for you to live in the ‘now.’ We get caught living in our past, living with our mistakes instead of growing past them, we just don’t want to forgive ourselves or others who have hurt our core, our spirit.
