We are safe, fun, and experiential! We are Certified Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) Facilitators and Certified CHA Riding Instructors who have a passion for horses and helping people. We offer fun-filled programs that are full of interaction with horses, developed to help our participants build fundamental life skills, expand confidence in life (and around horses), and learn to ride and care for horses in a safe, controlled environment.
We have been trained by the world renowned Equine Connection - The Academy of Equine Assisted Learning Inc, who certify all over the world through the Academy of Equine Assisted Learning BuildingBlock™ course. You will see Equine Connection instructors in the videos provided, these will give a better understanding of the value of our programs and workshops.

Deposits
All Services will require 50% deposit or $100 (whichever is greater) in order to guarantee booked time slot. If deposit is not received at time of booking or within 24 hours of booking your slot may be given to another party. If you are registering for a program be sure to double check to see if you must pay in full or if deposits are permitted. If you are making deposits/payments be sure to clarify with Lucky Break Ranch as to what day you are responsible to have payment made in full so you do not lose your deposit. please note: Clinics, Workshops, Summer Camps may have different protocols

No Cash Refund Policy
In the event you must postpone or reschedule you are required to give minimum 24 hours notice for emergency and 7 days notice for non emergency. If notice is not given, your party is late, or your party is a no show your deposit will be lost and will not be refundable. Any expense occurred by Lucky Break Ranch for your booking will be subtracted from deposit credit EX supplies, insurance, food, extra hired help, ect. If your deposit is lost for above reasons - Future bookings could result in 100% payment being required in order to reserve your future spot.

In the event Lucky Break Ranch must postpone your scheduled booking you will be given the option to reschedule, use deposit as credit to future service, or cash refund. Cash refunds for weather cancellations are excluded as they are completely out of control of the ranch - some exceptions may be made at the discretion of Lucky Break Ranch on a case by case basis.
